Russian forces carried out 846 strikes on 50 settlements in Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours, killing five people and injuring 13 others.
According to Ukrinform, Ivan Fedorov, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
Russian troops launched 34 airstrikes targeting the city of Zaporizhzhia and a number of communities across the region.
The attacks also included 568 drones of various types, primarily FPV drones, targeting more than 30 settlements, including frontline communities and residential areas.
In addition, Russian forces carried out four multiple-launch rocket system (MLRS) strikes and 240 artillery attacks on towns and villages across the region, Fedorov said.
