Russian forces are dropping bombs on Zaporizhzhia. Preliminary reports indicated that two people were killed and five others injured.
The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, stated this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"Explosions are being heard in the regional center. The smoke visible to Zaporizhzhia residents is the result of an enemy attack," he wrote.
Later, Fedorov reported that two people had been killed and five injured as a result of the air strikes.
"Two people have been killed and at least five wounded. These are the preliminary consequences of the enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia," he wrote.
