BJP in-charge for the Union Territory Nirmal Kumar Surana called on Chief Minister and AINRC founder N. Rangasamy at his residence.BJP sources said Mr. Surana held talks with the Chief Minister on distribution of portfolios among Ministers. Mr. Surana was accompanied by BJP president V. P. Ramalingam. The leaders also discussed the election to the posts of Speaker and Deputy Speaker, the source said.In the National Democratic Alliance government headed by Mr. Rangasamy, the AINRC has three Ministers and BJP two. During the previous tenure of the NDA, the two BJP Ministers held key portfolios of Home, Electricity, Education, Industries and Civil Supplies.
