The NCC Group Headquarters in Visakhapatnam organised a massive wellness programme on Saturday (June 20, 2026), on the eve of the 12th International Day of Yoga. Over 2,000 cadets from across Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, and Srikakulam districts participated in the programme. The event featured a synchronised display of discipline as cadets, joined by Associate NCC Officers (ANOs), permanent instructional staff, and officers representing the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force, performed various asanas. The session was conducted strictly following the Common Yoga Protocol, guided by professional instructors to ensure the participants received a comprehensive introduction to the practice.
