Emboldened by the success of overturning his Law Society complaint, lawyer Stephen Franks is on a campaign to stamp out activism from professional bodies.He’s proposing a law change so that regulatory bodies focus on the consumer, protecting the public from practitioners who are incompetent, lazy and dishonest.
