The My Tasty Naija Food Festival held in the United Kingdom is set to return for its second edition, expanding beyond London to include Manchester following the success of its inaugural event in 2025.
According to the organisers, this year’s festival will take place across the two cities, further strengthening its mission to celebrate Nigerian food, culture, and community in the Diaspora.
A statement shared with Saturday Beats noted that the London edition is scheduled for Saturday, July 5, 2026, at Eutopia Warehouse, while the Manchester edition will hold on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Nigerian House Manchester.
According to the convener, Abass Tijani, popularly known as DJ Abass, the festival was created to showcase Nigerian cuisine and cultural identity while expanding its reach across the United Kingdom and beyond. “Our YouTube show features Nigerian restaurants from London and across the UK. The goal is to take the festival experience to different cities each year and eventually to Nigeria and other parts of the world,” he said.
