Jeremy Clarkson got back to work and has been busy filming the new series of Clarkson's Farm amid his prostate cancer diagnosis17:25, 19 Jun 2026Updated 17:27, 19 Jun 2026Jeremy Clarkson has returned to work filming the next series of Clarkson's Farm after his cancer diagnosis. He has been spotted out and about filming new episodes of the hit series - its sixth - as cameras were spotted at the Cereals 2026 farming event held at Jeremy's Diddly Squat Farm. The TV presenter and farmer, 66, revealed in the latest series of his Prime Video show that he has an "aggressive" form of prostate cancer, before later confirming he had undergone treatment for it.It was all documented in the final two episodes of the fifth series of his hit farming show, and whilst he confirmed a sixth season was being worked on, he feared he might not be there for it.The event was attended by 500 different exhibitors, who were there to show the latest developments in the agriculture industry. A source told The Sun how Jeremy seemed in great spirits and was laughing and joking with other farmers, as well as chatting with the crowd who had gathered to attend the event.Jeremy revealed on the most recently wrapped series that he has cancer. During a discussion on the show, he told farm manager Charlie Ireland and farm hand Kaleb Cooper about the harvest, before revealing his diagnosis."I've got cancer. I've known since May. I had a medical, you remember back in May. I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy and it is cancer and it's aggressive, but it's really early so the treatment will be, you know," he said.Speaking from a hospital bed at the end of the season finale, he revealed there had been complications during treatment, adding: "We started season five with me in a hospital bed and here we are at the end of season five and I’m back in a hospital bed.He then went on to add, before signing off: "What I wanted to say was if this is all successful, I’ll see you for season six, and if it isn’t, I won’t. Take care, everyone." The latest series was filmed in September 2025.In the show, Jeremy discussed the cancer. Following the surgery, he told Kaleb that he had "10 per cent" of his prostate removed via ultrasound. He explained: "The prostate, 10 per cent of it's dead. The 10 per cent where the cancer is."It was a tough time for Jeremy, who also suffered with coronary heart disease, explaining: "So we started the year and I had coronary heart disease and ended it with me with cancer. We can dwell as much as we like on all the bad things that have happened on the farm but I think it is better now at the end of the year to focus on things that have happened that are good."Jeremy had hinted that it was going to be a tough time and a tough watch for those tuning into the new series."Ordinarily we try to keep the show bucolic and charming and cheerful. But the final two episodes which drop in the middle of the night tonight are none of those things really. They're a difficult watch. They're really, really, difficult," he said. The new series of Clarkson's Farm is expected to drop in summer 2027.Article continues belowThe Macmillan Support Line offers confidential support to people living with cancer and their loved ones.
