Made in Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo excitedly unveiled her vintage outfit for day four of Royal Ascot, admitting that she would be wearing her 1930s gown on the tube12:44, 19 Jun 2026Updated 12:45, 19 Jun 2026Georgia Toffolo bragged about her “obscene outfit” choice for the fourth day of Royal Ascot, opting for a floor-length, vintage dress from the 1930s.The Made in Chelsea star has spent her week getting glammed up for the annual races, and has made sure to stick to the very strict fashion guidelines after Lizzie Cundy was turned away for her cream midi-dress.In a new video on Instagram, the 31-year-old showed off the floral design - which was from the 1930s and made of “cloth of gold” - paired with an embellished gold hat, and a beaded red bag.“Obscene outfit reveal,” she began the clip, telling fans: “It’s an incredibly special dress. I had to bring it outside and show you on the balcony. It is beyond.“It’s actually made of something called ‘cloth of gold’. I didn’t know how special it was until I did some research. It became more prevalent in the 1920s, 1930s, and it’s known to be one of the most magnificent materials ever made so I can’t believe it’s even touching me.“You know what I’m like, I always want an obscene, ‘Oh, my God, did she actually choose that thing?’ moment - and that is the hat. The more I shake, the more it jingles and jangles, but I think it’s really special.”Toff revealed that she dyed her hair darker to “compliment” her outfits this week, but may have taken too long admiring her look, as she confessed that she was running late, and would be “getting the tube and then the train” for the event.“Tell me, do you love my outfit, tell me if you hate it,” the I’m A Celebrity star added. “I don’t mind the haters. I think it’s absolutely stunning.”Fans quickly shared their thoughts below, with many heaping praise on her choices. One wrote: “This is my favourite look you’ve ever done xxx.”“Stunning dress - this is my fave of the week BUT each dress you’ve worn this week has been beautiful x [sic],” an Instagram follower cheered.“The hat is ab gorgeous and so original. Love it sparkle and shine Xx,” another agreed, as a commenter said: “Smashed it again, expect nothing less from you.”Toff’s latest fashion reveal comes after Lizzie Cundy called for the strict rules on fashion at Ascot to be changed to suit the times.Earlier this week, the 58-year-old made headlines when she was given a “rap on the knuckles” by organisers for her choice of outfit - she had rocked up in a dress adorned with various cut-outs, and a large white fascinator.Although she initially apologised for causing any offense, she has since changed her tune and called for bosses to “move with the times”.Defending her dress on GMB this morning, she insisted: “I thought, actually, I did follow the rules, and I got a bit of a slap on the wrist. I have said sorry, which I am sorry, but I do believe - particularly the races - it is all about the fashion, it isn’t really about the racing.Article continues below“Especially the women, they go and get their dresses, their hats. It's supposed to be fun, and that's what I am. I honestly think we're taking this too… Look at what's going on in the world. I abide by the rules, but in fashion, I like to reflect my personality.“Fashions change, we need to have the Ascot rules reviewed yearly, as fashion looks change through the seasons. We need it updated.”Like this story? For more of the latest showbiz news and gossip, follow Mirror Celebs on TikTok , Snapchat , Instagram , Twitter , Facebook , YouTube and Threads.
