Willis Raburu’s ex-wife, Marya Prude Irungu has revealed via her social media pages that a certain NGO pulled out of from a planned mental-health campaign deal with her after she posted a video 'shading' the announcement about her ex husband's break up with his baby mama, Ivy Namu, provoking mixed public reaction.
Prude, who has been open about her own battle with depression following a miscarriage and the end of her marriage, said she does not regret speaking out and stands by her honesty.
She explained that during her darkest moments she received little support from people she expected would understand.
That lack of compassion, she said, shaped her decision to speak publicly. The video she made after news of her ex's break up with his baby mama exploded online, rubbing some people the wrong way.
In her defense, Marya explains that the video was intended to highlight personal struggles and public reactions, instead, it drew criticism.
