Serhii Kryvosheyenko, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“A Russian ‘Molniya’ drone struck the utility floor of a high-rise building late in the evening in the Kovpakivsky district of Sumy,” he wrote.
The building’s roof and utility floor were damaged.
