Saudi HRC trains trainers on women’s rights in partnership with UN

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Human Rights Commission concluded a five-day training-of-trainers program Wednesday on the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the landmark UN treaty on gender equality. The program, held at HRC headquarters in Riyadh in cooperation with the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, brought together participants from government entities and civil society organizations.
