I’ve always known the World Cup would be expensive. In fact, it was the first thing I heard when it was announced that games would be coming to “New York New Jersey” (when you go to MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, you have to say both city names in one breath every single time). But ticket prices aside, how much are people really spending on a chance to watch a FIFA World Cup match?
