On Sunday, police shot at a car in the parking lot of a Walmart in Senatobia, Mississippi, killing 1-year-old Kohen Wiley. The Mississippi Free Press reports that officers responded to a shoplifting call at the store around 2 p.m. Witnesses told WREG they saw two women leaving the store holding a baby and a box of diapers before getting into a silver sedan. According to the witnesses, officers tried to stop the car, which took off, and at least one officer shot at the car. Wiley was later taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
