Data center firm Switch has purchased another plot of land in Nevada.
Rob Roy’s firm has paid some $86.2 million for 53.6 acres in the southern Las Vegas valley, according to property records.

The site is located east of Decatur Boulevard, between Serene Avenue and Silverado Ranch Boulevard. News of the acquisition was reported by the Las Vegas Review Journal.
Switch is expanding its data center portfolio to cater to the demands of the AI boom, and has been aggressively purchasing land around its Las Vegas base.
