New patients without malignancy symptoms who sought skin cancer checks at an academic dermatology clinic often had few or no risk factors for a skin cancer diagnosis, according to a study.Of the 4,875 patients who completed a dermatology previsit survey for a skin cancer check, 22% reported having no specific skin concern, according to the study published in JAMA Dermatology. Most of these
