Moscow residents have started to complain about "oil rain" in various areas of the Russian capital since Ukrainian drones struck an oil refinery.

Details: The Moscow oil refinery is located in the south-east of the city, in the Kapotnya district, and is considered one of the key facilities supplying fuel to Moscow and Moscow Oblast.
