The presenter shared his shock health update in the final two episodes of his Clarkson's Farm TV series.‌Now Lisa Hogan, 52, has shared an image on Instagram as Jeremy relaxes with a camera in hand. The 66-year-old, who has been dating Lisa since 2017, is seen sitting on a wicker chair with a long lens camera.‌Crossed legged in a white shirt and blue jeans, the former Top Gear star appears to be enjoying taking snaps in the sunshine. Lisa captioned her Story: "Back at the farm..." She later shared an update from Prostate Cancer UK and thanked the organisation for all the support they have offered them.‌‌The charity took to social media to thank the star for helping to raise awareness. Telling those close to him about his diagnosis, Jeremy revealed he had undergone an operation to remove 10% of his prostate last summer.Speaking to farm manager Charlie Ireland and farm hand Kaleb Cooper, he revealed his health woes, telling the pair: "I've got cancer. I've known since May""I had a medical, you remember back in May. I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy and it is cancer and it's aggressive, but it's really early so the treatment will be, you know."‌As he spoke from a hospital bed at the end of the season finale, the presenter explained there had been complications during treatment. He said:"We started season five with me in a hospital bed and here we are at the end of season five and I’m back in a hospital bed."What I wanted to say was if this is all successful, I’ll see you for season six, and if it isn’t, I won’t.
