A 15-year-old has been charged after allegedly taking part in threatening and stealing shoes off members of the public at Albany Bus Station.Police stopped a bus carrying three boys trying to flee after their alleged “violent” behaviour at the Albany bus hub in the North Shore on Saturday evening.
