On a Wednesday episode of Jay Shetty’s podcast, On Purpose, influencer Emilie Kiser sat down for her first in-depth interview since her 3-year-old son, Trigg, died following a drowning accident last year. She talked about processing the grief while raising her 1-year-old, Teddy, and making social-media content about her life. “We’re going through the darkest thing we could possibly go through,” she says. “My younger son brings me so much joy and so much happiness. But I’m also simultaneously sad and empty.”
