A five-year-old child has allegedly been abducted from Patiya Upazila in Chattogram, with the kidnappers leaving behind a handwritten note demanding a ransom of Tk 300,000 for his safe release.
The child, identified as Md Zayan, went missing on Tuesday afternoon from outside his residence in Dakshin Gobindarkhil village under the Patiya municipality, his family said.
