Ande Narasimhaswamy, former Professor of English at Andhra University, passed away in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday night at tje age of 94.A respected academician, Narasimhaswamy served the Department of English at Andhra University for several years and was known for his contribution to English language and literature studies.His wife, Kalyani, a retired English lecturer and former Principal of a government college in Visakhapatnam, had passed away in October 2023.Narasimhaswamy is survived by an adopted son, who is expected to arrive from the United States.
