Manila Central University (MCU) is offering tuition scholarships of up to 100% for selected degree programs, giving incoming students the opportunity to complete their studies from freshman to senior year with fully or significantly reduced tuition fees.
The scholarship covers up to 100% of tuition fees for the entire duration of the program as part of MCU’s continuing effort to expand access to higher education. The initiative was launched in line with the closing of the University’s 121st founding anniversary.
According to the University, the program was launched in honor of founder Dr. Filemon Tanchoco, whose rise from humble beginnings shaped his belief that education could transform lives and contribute to nation-building.
“As we close our 121st year, we want to honor the vision on which the University was built — the belief that education should be accessible and should create opportunities not only for individuals, but also for families, communities, and the country,” said Dr. Renato Tanchoco Jr., President of MCU.
