Jun 17, 2026 – 4.08pmThe Australian arm of Singaporean property giant Frasers, which will be led by Lendlease’s Tony Lombardo from later this year, is investing heavily into its housing pipeline, with big deals on the Gold Coast and in Victoria adding close to $3 billion in residential projects.The transactions bring 3800 housing lots into Frasers Property Australia’s pipeline. The larger of the two deals is a $170 million acquisition of the SkyRidge estate from the late Rich Lister Stan Perron’s family company and from local businessman, the late Ross Atkins.
