The Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Rilwan Disu, has pledged intensified collaboration among security agencies to end banditry and other violent crimes across Nigeria, declaring that “enough is enough.”
He made the statement in Gusau, Zamfara State, shortly after attending the funeral prayers of three police officers killed by an improvised explosive device (IED) allegedly planted by bandits along the Bagega–Anka road.
The IGP was on a condolence visit to the state following the attack.
