The Community Court of Justice of the Economic Community of West African States, ECOWAS, will convene the second meeting of Competent National Authorities, CNAs, as part of efforts to strengthen the enforcement of the Court’s judgments across member states.

The three-day meeting, themed “From Commitment to Framework: Operationalising a Collaborative Architecture for the Enforcement of ECOWAS Court Judgments,” will bring together designated Competent National Authorities from ECOWAS member states, representatives of the ECOWAS Commission, the ECOWAS Parliament, legal experts, and senior officials of the court.

It is slated for Cotonou, Republic of Benin, from June 17 to 19, 2026.
