Four people were injured after Russian forces struck a residential high-rise building in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region.

This was reported on Facebook by Head of the Kramatorsk City Military Administration Oleksandr Honcharenko, according to Ukrinform.

“Today during the day, Russian forces struck a multi-storey residential building in Kramatorsk. According to preliminary information, three people were injured. All relevant services are working at the scene,” he said.

Later, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service (SES) reported that the number of injured in the strike on a residential building had risen to four.

The strike caused a large fire, according to the SES. Emergency crews rescued six people from the burning building, including a child and a person with limited mobility, evacuating them to safety.
