Princess Charlene and Prince Albert of Monaco made a rare outing with their 11-year-old royal twins for the seventh edition of the Girmaldi Historic Sites Meeting on Saturday. Charlene, 48, and Albert, 68, beamed as they welcomed French and Italian community representatives with links to the Grimaldi family heritage at Place du Palais.
