TruNativ, the Mumbai-based nutrition brand, has raised $30 million in a Series B round of funding led by OrbiMed, a healthcare focused investment firm.

The funding round comprised both primary investment and secondary transaction involving the early investors.

TruNativ will use the funds to expand its distribution network across D2C, quick commerce, modern trade, pharmacy, and other retail channels.

The funding will also be used for the expansion of its B2B2C ingredient business.

Founded in 2019 by mother-son duo Pranav Malhotra and Mamta Malhotra, TruNativ is positioned as a clean-label nutrition platform spanning sugar alternatives, protein, gut health, and wellness.
