(NASDAQ:SPCX) has agreed to acquire AI coding startup Anysphere Inc.
("Cursor"), in an all-stock deal valued at an implied equity value of $60 billion, according to a Form 8-K filed Tuesday.
SpaceX To Acquire Cursor On June 16, 2026, SpaceX, its wholly owned subsidiary X67 Inc., and Anysphere entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger.
Under the agreement, X67 will merge with Cursor, with Cursor surviving as a wholly owned subsidiary of SpaceX.
