The number of people injured in Russia’s June 15 attack on Kyiv has risen to 44, while five people have been confirmed dead.
According to Ukrinform, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) reportesd this on Facebook.
“Kyiv in flames from a bird’s-eye view. Smoke above residential neighborhoods. Fire near sacred sites. This is how SES aviation crews saw the capital after another massive Russian attack overnight on June 15,” the agency said in a statement accompanying footage released on Facebook.

Two SES helicopters – Mi-8 and EC225 aircraft – were deployed over the city. Their crews carried out 39 water drops, releasing more than 97 tons of water onto major fire sites.
