Realty firm TDI Infratech Ltd has announced to invest Rs 75 crore to develop a luxury hotel in Panipat, Haryana.The realty firm has roped in Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to manage the hospitality project.In a statement on Monday, the company said it has signed an agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to manage the upcoming 53-key hotel.The project, backed by an investment of around Rs 75 crore, is part of the company's mixed-use project 'TDI Connaught Estate'. The hotel is expected to open in the second quarter of 2028.Akshay Taneja, Managing Director of TDI Infratech, said, "This planned investment reflects our long-term confidence in Panipat's evolving economic landscape.
