Private markets specialist Titanbay has announced the appointment of Marcel Rohner as a new Non-Executive Director on the Group’s Board of Directors.

Until September, Marcel Rohner will continue to serve as Chairman of the Swiss Bankers Association. Thereafter, the former UBS CEO is expected to have somewhat more time on his hands.
His decision to join Titanbay is described as the clearest indication yet of where the centre of gravity in private markets is shifting, according to a statement released on Tuesday. Everything that the industry still handles manually or assembles through a range of service providers is managed by Titanbay through its proprietary infrastructure platform.
