An Australian mother whose baby was taken as part of seven-vehicle car theft has demanded more action on youth crime.
Police have arrested eight teenagers and two adults over the alleged theft of seven stolen vehicles in Townsville on Monday.
Sarah Hill's car was stolen about 1pm on Monday, while her baby daughter Cali slept in a booster seat inside the vehicle.
