Kumkum Bhagya fame actress Sanchita Ugale reportedly passed away by suicide on June 14. As per the police reports, the 22-year-old actress died by suicide at her residence in Sai Santoshi Building, Aachole Village, in Nalasopara East. The sudden demise of the actress has left the entire television industry in a state of shock. Sanchita's former co-star Megha Sharma opened up about the actress; personal challenges and revealed that she had been dealing with depression since January.Megha shared, "I am still trying to process everything. I don’t know what is happening, and I have no idea whether the cremation has taken place or not. Everyone is waiting for an update. Many of us are still here, waiting to find out whether the cremation has taken place or not. The last update we received was that her body was still at the hospital and in police custody. We do not know whether the cremation has taken place yet, and everyone is waiting for more information."Megha, who shared screen space with Sanchita in Saajan Ghar revealed that the late actress was facing health issues and was undergoing treatment, she said, "She had some health-related issues and had been battling depression since January. She was also dealing with personal matters and was undergoing treatment. But I can't comment much about it as I don't have any clarity about it. Whenever we met, we always supported and encouraged her. She often said that she would do something, and all of us would encourage her to stay positive and not think about such negative things. Her mother and family members also motivated her."Megha addressed that recent claims made by Sanchita's cousin that the late actress was under work pressure and faced harassment. Dismissing the rumours, she said, "No, that's completely untrue. These are just baseless rumours. Work was never an issue for her, and she was not under any pressure or facing harassment from the industry. Nothing like that ever took place. She was not suffering because of problems from the industry. Those are totally false rumours. The Sushant Singh Rajput Insta story was not shared on her page, it was a fan page. These are all speculations going around."Megha, who shared a close bond with Sanchita would like remember her friend for full of life nature, "I would just like to say she was very bold and confident. She was just full of life. None of us believed that she would do some thing like this. We were all with her and supported her. We have definitely been with her throughout. None of us believed when we first heard the news. I am shocked beyond words," she said.Speaking about her last meeting with Sanchita, Megha revealed that she had met Sanchita just 10 days before her death and had gone with her for an audition. "We met around 10 days ago for an audition. We spoke about regular things and had a normal conversation, as we were good friends. Most of our discussion was about work and our day-to-day experiences. In fact, when we met recently, she seemed positive, was in good spirits, and appeared to be doing well. It was just a casual conversation. We had met for a regular catch-up when she received a call for the audition. After that, she simply asked if we could go together. That was all there was to it," actress revealed.Megha and her other co-stars are now waiting to meet Sanchita and say their final goodbye, "I'm sure everyone is clueless right now. Same like I am, because we are having conversations with each other. We don't have any idea about how to deal with the situation right now. We just wanted to say our last goodbye.
