Brooklyn Beckham's fans have warned the chef not to forget his family, just days after it emerged that his sister Harper had extended an olive branch to him19:06, 15 Jun 2026Brooklyn Beckham has been warned not to "forget his family". It comes days after photographs surfaced showing Harper turning up at his home, which he shares with his wife Nicola Peltz-Beckham.‌However, what seemed like the 14-year-old attempting to mend fences with her estranged brother didn't unfold as expected. Just hours after the Beckhams, excluding Brooklyn, assembled to witness Sir David receiving a star on the legendary Hollywood Walk of Fame, Harper appeared at Brooklyn's doorstep, still dressed in her outfit from the event.‌Insiders suggested Harper's visit was "unannounced" and the gesture allegedly made Brooklyn feel "uncomfortable". Any optimism that the family rift might be resolved was quickly dashed, as Harper never stepped inside Brooklyn's property. Meanwhile, he was in New York and shared a photograph of himself jogging through the Big Apple.‌But as Brooklyn returned to social media, his followers were far from impressed, with one writing angrily: "Please don't forget your family. Don't forget that it was David Beckham who brought you to where you are today. You and your brothers - your father is a great man, and don't forget your mother."Another person added: "You knew what you was [sic] doing with this commercial." A third asked: "I'm wondering why you're refusing to speak to your parents?"‌Though he'd kept quiet about the situation, he's now addressed it on social media. In a sponsored DoorDash post, he remarked: "You're probably wondering why I'm watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home...It's a long story," he added, before the clip showed the text: "It's complicated. More soon."Following the emergence of photographs showing Harper, a source told The Sun: "Brooklyn and Nicola are aware that Harper visited their Los Angeles home. They have not responded. It felt like an orchestrated move by his family and made them feel uncomfortable."Responding to the images, a spokesperson for Brooklyn told Page Six: "That photographers were in place as the letter was hand-delivered says it all - this was choreographed for the cameras."‌However, this provoked anger from sources close to Sir David and Victoria, who described the claims as "nasty allegations". Speaking to the Daily Mail over the weekend, a source said: "It is incredibly sad that this horrible accusation is being levelled at an innocent young girl who just desperately misses her brother."Nothing needed to be said at all, so to invent this nasty accusation is really unnecessary." Romeo subsequently appeared to aim a subtle dig at his elder brother just hours after the photographs surfaced.Posting a photograph of himself with Harper on Instagram, he wrote: "My favourite person ever @harperbeckham," accompanied by a white heart emoji. Cruz also used his own Instagram account to share family photographs, including one of himself and David enjoying a shot at a restaurant.Article continues belowPrior to Friday's ceremony, David firmly stated he wouldn't address the falling-out with his son, who had previously told his family to communicate with him through his legal representatives. Speaking to Variety, Sir David said: "To be honest, I'm sorry to stop you there, but that's a private matter. That's the one thing that I don't want to talk about."Like this story?
