As part of a planned leadership transition, Glenn Nethercutt, currently chief technology officer (CTO), has been promoted to executive vice president and CTO, expanding his leadership responsibilities across the company’s product and technology organizations.

Mike Szilagyi, currently general manager, product management, has been named general manager, senior vice president, head of product, and will report to Nethercutt. In his new role, Szilagyi will lead product strategy, management, marketing, and experience across the Genesys portfolio.
