But two decades on from the era of Victoria Beckham and Cheryl Cole, the wives and girlfriends of this year's World Cup team are set to have a quieter stay in Miami.England left their warm-weather training base in Florida on Saturday morning and flew to Kansas City, where they are hoping to spend the next five weeks.Meanwhile their families will stay nearly 1,500 miles away in Miami, with relatives told they will only be allowed to spend time with the players straight after games.Thomas Tuchel's men are residing at their Inn at Meadowbrook boutique hotel before opening their World Cup campaign against Croatia in Dallas this Wednesday.The team will then face further travel to play their other two Group L games against Ghana in Boston on June 23 and then Panama in New Jersey on June 27. Bukayo Saka and his fiancée Tolami Benson in New York City on June 3 for the premiere of his new documentary 'The Time Is Now'. Back in 2006, the WAGs became infamous for transforming England's base into a celebrity circus featuring lavish spending, heavy drinking and nightly partying.
