In the first week of its release, the procedural drama became Netflix's most-watched English-language series worldwide, racking up over 108 million viewing hours, according to Deadline.In a February interview with USA TODAY, Humphrey and Ruflo teased the series' future."I don't know that we're necessarily going to do every book, and we do have plans for how to branch the show off and just keep telling stories in this world with these characters," Humphrey said at the time. We can't wait to share it with you!"What to expect on 'The Lincoln Lawyer' final seasonThe final season of "The Lincoln Lawyer," which will consist of 10 episodes, will take inspiration from Connelly's novel "Resurrection Walk," the seventh novel in "The Lincoln Lawyer" book series.The series' conclusion is set to chronicle Haller's redemption arc after the attorney was wrongfully accused and put on trial for murder, according to a logline previously shared by Netflix. Haller also joins forces with his newly discovered half-sister, Emi (Cobie Smulders), who enlists his help in exonerating a wrongfully convicted woman."Mickey is now determined to set right an enormous miscarriage of justice," the logline reads.
