A school bus hit a road median in Manipal on Monday, after the driver reportedly suffered chest pain while driving. The students on board escaped unhurt.The Udupi traffic police said the driver, Suresh Sannakkibettu, working for Madhava Kripa School, experienced chest pain while transporting students to school on Monday morning. While attempting to pull over to the roadside, he reportedly lost control of the vehicle, which then hit the median.Passers-by and school staff rushed to the spot and shifted the driver to a hospital.
