Two teenagers were sent to hospital after Peel police responded to a stabbing in Mississauga just before midnight on Sunday.
Officers responded at about 11 p.m. to the area of Dundas Street West and Sir Johns Homestead, which is close to the University of Toronto’s Mississauga campus. One person was taken to a trauma centre with serious injuries and another was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries, a social media post by Peel police said.
A 46-year-old man is wanted following reports of “disturbance” at Hurontario Street and Lakeshore Road East on Thursday night.
Police originally responded to reports of a stabbing in a parking lot around 12:15 p.m. on May 19.
Police said they responded to a call of a person with a knife in the area of Goodwood Park Court and Dawes Road late Sunday night.
Police responded to the stabbing after 5 p.m. in the Kennedy Road and Eglinton Avenue East area.
Police responded to a shooting the area of Mavis Road and the 401 around 12:20 a.m. Friday night.
