Homa Launches in Texas, Helping Homebuyers Keep More of Their Money
With Homa’s expansion to Texas, buyers can receive most of their commission back at closing while leveraging AI-powered support throughout the homebuying process
Since its initial launch in Florida, interest in Homa has skyrocketed, with over a thousand Texans joining the waitlist for access to the platform. Today, the wait is over. Homa, the AI-powered home buying platform that gives buyers back the commission, today announced its Texas launch, bringing its licensed brokerage model and AI-native buying experience to Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, with services available to buyers anywhere in the Lone Star State.
"I found Homa. I researched the company as I do, and liked what I saw. I like the transparency, I like the support that they provided, I like the coordinator," said Frank Sweet, South Florida resident and Homa customer.
The move into Texas comes at an opportune time as the state continues to lead the nation in population growth, adding 391,243 residents in 2025 alone. It also coincides with the housing market’s peak buying season, with April through June accounting for nearly 30% of annual home sales, positioning Homa to meet growing demand from buyers during one of the most competitive and lucrative periods of the year.
