Realty firm Embassy Developments Ltd has awarded over Rs 850 crore contract to Leighton Asia for construction of its housing project in Mumbai.In a regulatory filing on Monday, the company informed that it has awarded a "construction contract valued at over Rs 850 crore to Leighton Asia" for its 'Embassy Citadel' residential project at Worli in Mumbai.The scope of work covers the complete civil and structural works package for the project, which has a developable area of 1.6 million sq ft.Embassy Developments is one of the leading real estate firms in the country.
