Lower base effect of previous May and demand created due to reduced GST rates, with easier financing, is again getting reflected in higher off-take this month.”In the two-wheeler segment, sales of scooters grew by 27% to 739,667 units in the month under consideration. Those of motorcycles went up by 7% to 1,113,973 units, on a higher base.
