Dubai Police rescued an Arab hiker in Hatta after a two-day search across challenging mountainous terrain.
Brig Mubarak Al Ketbi said the hiker’s inaccurate location complicated efforts amid rough terrain and steep elevations.
Specialist units, including the Brave Team, air wing, ambulance air unit, Difficult Missions team and National Guard, were deployed.
The hiker was found, airlifted to safety and treated, underscoring readiness to handle emergencies in popular mountain and valley areas.
