Naomi Gaynor Bernes has been reported missing.
Police in the Western Cape are appealing for public assistance in locating a missing person.
The Western Cape Missing Persons Bureau is seeking assistance to locate 62-year-old Naomi Gaynor Bernes.
The provincial police spokesperson, Sergeant Wesley Twigg, said Bernes was reported missing on May 12, 2026, in the United Kingdom.
“Naomi checked in at the Cape Town International Airport on April 20, 2026, to fly back to the United Kingdom, but never boarded the aircraft and has not been seen since. Authorities in the United Kingdom tried to contact the individual without success,” Twigg said.
