Troops of the Nigerian Army, in collaboration with the Department of State Services (DSS), the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), and the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), have arrested 46 foreign nationals during a security operation in Ogun State.
The suspects comprise 18 citizens of Burkina Faso, 23 citizens of Côte d’Ivoire, four citizens of Togo, and one citizen of Senegal. Among them are 36 males and 10 females.
The development was disclosed on Monday by Major Idereghi Samuel Akari, Assistant Director, Army Public Relations, 35 Artillery Brigade.
