Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and U.S. President Donald Trump held a telephone conversation.

This was reported to journalists by the President’s communications adviser, Dmytro Lytvyn, according to a Ukrinform correspondent.

When asked to confirm the conversation between Zelensky and Trump, Lytvyn replied: “Yes. The conversation was quite substantive—covering everything from birthday greetings to diplomacy and war/peace.”

Lytvyn added that the conversation lasted 30–35 minutes. Details are expected to be released later.
