The pair know the area well, owning a villa in the Algarve, which they have holidayed in many times over the years.‌Perrie, from South Shields in Tyneside, has been with former Liverpool and Arsenal midfielder Oxlade-Chamberlain since 2017 and they became engaged in 2022.‌The couple chose to say 'I do' in a low-key ceremony before hosting their closest family friends at the nearby Parrilla Natural restaurant, which serves up Uruguayan inspired dishes in one of the most scenic spots in the algarve.“Perrie and Alex’s wedding day could not have been more special. It was intimate and emotional," a source told The Sun, revealing the day was filled with small personal touches.“Perrie and Alex’s son Axel had a special role to play in the ceremony. It was adorable to see. Perrie looked absolutely radiant and Alex didn’t stop smiling. It was a truly beautiful day.”‌Prior to their big day, the couple hosted a lavish pre-wedding party for their guests to mingle. Stars who have flown out are Alex's football pals ex Arsenal footballer Carl Jenkinson and Fulham’s Harrison Reed.
