Bangladesh Test cricketer Nayeem Hasan has decided to return to the field in a bid to recover more quickly from the physical and mental impact of his alleged assault and harassment by police.
His elder brother Kamrul Alam Sabbir said Nayeem is resuming cricket on the advice of doctors from the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
