KORONADAL CITY – The provincial government of Sultan Kudarat lifted on Sunday the face-to-face class suspension prompted by the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck neighboring Sarangani province on June 8.
Sultan Kudarat Gov. Datu Pax Ali Mangudadatu issued Executive Order No. 135, ordering the lifting of class suspensions in all school levels, with regular classes set to resume on June 15.
“Initial structural assessments and safety inspections conducted by the appropriate authorities indicate that educational institutions within the province are generally safe for the resumption of face-to-face classes,” he said.
